Job Description

  • Support senior Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects,
  • Assist in monitoring the project schedule and budget, as well as ensuring the project runs according to plan,
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and management of project risks, as well as proposing mitigation strategies,
  • Coordinate with project team members, organize meetings, and ensure effective communication between them,
  • Prepare project progress reports, plan meetings, and document meeting results or project decisions,
  • Monitor project progress, report changes or delays, and help find solutions,
  • Become an additional point of contact for clients, answer their questions, and provide regular updates,
  • Learn from senior Project Managers and project experience, to continuously improve project management skills,
  • Manage project documentation, including changes, risks, and other important records.


Job Requirment

  • Formal education degree In Computer Science / Information Technology, preferably a non-formal education in the field of Project Management,
  • Have experience minimum 1 year as a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager in the Banking industry,
  • Maximum 35 years old,
  • Hands-on knowledge in using tools such as Ms. Project and Ms. Office,
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
  • Good in time management and team management,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively.
